  • Customer-facing copy now frames the platform as SkyeMail backed by Citadel Database and SkyeNet instead of treating Citadel as the product name.
  • Legacy suite standalone dashboard URLs redirect into the real SkyeMail root dashboard instead of dead-ending customers.
  • CRM handoffs now point to AE FlowPro live surfaces while keeping Command Bridge event receipts.

Founder Command Pocket SkyeMail and workspace handoffs are deployed.

  • Founder Command now includes a Pocket SkyeMail mini inbox and a Core Apps mobile dock for SkyeMail, SkyeGate FS27, SkyePay, SkyeNet, business card generators, Client App Factory, Valley CRM, and owner shortcuts.
  • Workspace handoff packets now cover QR payloads, welcome URLs, safe claim/reset credential receipts, optional welcome email delivery, and SkyeMerit launch prompts.
  • The main 0S Worker now binds SkyeMail internally as SKYEMAIL_PLATFORM_WORKER, so owner sync does not depend on public cross-worker HTTP.

Fresh-user claim flow and 0S readiness proof are deployed.

Shipped

  • SaaS workspace provisioning can create a SkyeMail identity first, then the same person can claim it through the shared SkyeGate FS27 session.
  • The claim path upgrades the placeholder service identity into a real password login, links the shared gate identity, and writes the active sovereign key.
  • Mailbox-capacity blocks now fall back to the SkyeMail local inbox route instead of stopping account setup.
  • The 0S readiness check now covers the full no-account-to-working-account proof.

Verified

  • SkyeMail Worker code release d6cae58d-66c4-4ea4-b2bc-5ae01d7bf469 is deployed; changelog-only asset deploys may carry newer Worker IDs.
  • The first full readiness audit passed 17 checks with zero failures before the final redeploy.
  • Final redeploy reruns prove SaaS signup, zero-balance checkout, FS27 signup, SkyeMail claim/login/send/inbox records, route compatibility, and live stress.
  • Remaining proof boundary: latest headed SkyeNet folder-drop reruns are blocked by local Playwright/Chromium hangs, while the shared-auth SkyeNet publish workflow still returns a live route.
Production truth: SkyeMail stays on the shared 0S gate. The Citadel Database and SkyeNet mail lane remains behind the SkyeMail product name, and SkyeMail keeps the inbox route active when SkyeNet capacity needs more seats.

Enterprise inbox sync, hosted replies, and production stress are deployed.

Production truth: SkyeMail now has hosted send/read proof, inbox import, reply routing, mutation compatibility, and cron sync. SkyDocxMax rich-text email editing is the next mount target, not part of this release.

SkyeMail inbox send/read proof is deployed.

Shipped

  • The live proof runner now follows the Citadel Database and SkyeNet SkyeMail lane instead of assuming the old external-only proof lane.
  • SkyeMail proof mode refreshes the sovereign mail lane, discovers the hosted mailbox, sends proof mail, and reads it back from the sovereign-backed inbox.
  • The deployed proof page now publishes the sanitized sovereign inbox result without exposing OAuth tokens, private keys, passphrases, or mailbox secrets.
  • The Worker asset build now includes the public proof JSON, proof video, and proof screenshot.
